A couple of articles worth reading

Dear parents,
I found this very interesting article about giving rewards to our children as a way to keep them motivated. The author explains how this way might give results in the short term but could turn into our enemy in the long run. It seams that working with them to find intrinsic motivation, helping them become self-sufficient and guiding them through the problem-solving process might be in the long term a lot more successful.

Another interesting article about how to phrase praise. What are we congratulating our children for? Their talent or their work? Are we helping or harming them?

Worth spending a few minutes reading them. Enjoy and don't hesitate to comment if you please.
